Binge Eating

I've had a rather bad two days. 

I just broke down and had a horribly disgusting binge session with cookie dough ice cream. 

Feeling... a bit... ill... now....

Emotional eater much?

Yeah.

chilly for ice cream, but not bad. totally with you there. but i wear gloves when i have my breakdown :)
