Snowflake

catch a flake as it
falls in silent reverie;
ice cold to the touch

This is most probably the closest I will ever get to a white Christmas. The pictures are beautiful, thanks.

Lyndi, I am glad you enjoyed them :) Snow is definitely pretty when it is falling, and just after it has fallen when it is still white and untouched.

I think I might have to pull up your blog on Christmas Day. It's going to be in the high 70s here & that just makes it so hard to feel Christmas-y after spending the first 25 years of my life in New England.

Oh! Almost forgot your letter: How about... M.

Dawn, please do bring up the pictures on Christmas Day. The more that I can share my white Christmas with, the better :)

I am originally from Massachusetts so I am a fellow New Englander. Also, my boyfriend grew up in Rhode Island.

Happy Holidays!

P.S. I am a bit jealous of the 70 degree weather. Shoveling all of this snow and driving in it is not much fun!

About This Blog

Stories, advice, and random thoughts from a thirty-something female.

Many people in their thirties are dealing with common issues and concerns. Some of these include buying a home, establishing a career, starting a family, and dealing with aging parents. I will blog about all these things as well as other every day stuff as I make my way through this third decade of life.

You can read more about the author behind thirty-something blog on the About Me page.
