Yes, The Boy made dinner with very minimal help from me. He's become quite the chef lately!
We based our recipe on the one posted on recipezaar.com.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halvesflour
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 can chicken broth
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon butter
Directions
Pound chicken breasts.Lightly cover with flour, salt, and pepper.
Fry in oil using electric skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken, set aside, and cover with foil.
Add broth and garlic to skillet.
Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Put chicken back in the skillet and pour sauce over chicken.
Side Dishes
Green beans. We just grabbed a bag of frozen beans and heated them up on the stove in 1/2 cup of water for a few minutes.White Rice.1 cup of dry white rice, 2 cups water. Makes 2 cups cooked.
