I love indoor plants. They're good for the air and also look pretty and add a lot to the decor of the house. I've had houseplants since I moved into my first apartment at the age of 21. I've had a good track record with all excpet for one type -- african violets. For some reason they don't seem to like me. I did a little repotting over this past weekend and thought I would take a share some pictures of some of the plants I have. They are all extremely easy to care for/hard to kill which is always good.

I've been needing to add some houseplants to our home but haven't had time to research easy maintenance plants - you just gave me some great ideas - thanks!
We would make a great time. I've had African Violets forever and they love me, but I've killed three Jade plants over the course of my young adulthood. ;)
Tabitha -- They all require very little water, except for the wandering jew. And all but the jade will come back to life quickly if they've been neglected so long they look half dead. A little water and voila!
Marisa -- Ha, that's funny. We would indeed make a great team. :) I think my main problem with the violets was that I was watering them the wrong way. I had better luck when I watered from a tray/plate underneath and let it suck the water up rather than watering from above.
